About Jerry Marlatt

Jerry has a background that uniquely qualifies him to serve the needs of real estate clients. He possesses a thorough understanding of the industry and is adept at walking clients through the process.
 
He served 20 years in the United States Army as a Communications Officer, earning the coveted Bronze Star for his wartime service. After the military, he earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and lead large, multi-million-dollar programs for the Department of Defense. Ever the entrepreneur, Jerry founded a telecommunications company and sports representation business. For 15 years, Jerry advised and advocated for professional football clients, negotiating complex NFL contracts.
 
Integrity, empathy, competency and a deep knowledge of the local market are reasons to work with Jerry. He always puts the client’s needs in first position, ensuring they are pleased with the results. He is a skilled listener, as this is the first thing required to understand the client’s needs.
 
Jerry possesses an MBA degree from Texas A&M University – Central Texas, a Master of Science in Telecommunications Management degree from the University of Colorado, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland.
 
He is a committed Christian, husband to his lovely wife, Nicole, and father to 4 children and 2 dogs.
