I don't usually write recommendations, but JP is definitely worthy of one. His attributes are numerous he is energetic, market-savvy, proactive, responsive, and thinks outside the box. He gave excellent advice from the start beginning with the actual home preparation, then the pricing, then the staging, and even with the selection of my best offer. JP is an exceptional talent, and I will recommend him highly to anyone who needs help with either selling or buying. JP gets five stars from me and all of my future business.
